Was like I was in a bit of a battle to get things sorted. The Lounge area seemed inviting, but the supposed exclusive Deck access was surprisingly not utilized while I was there was good. The lack of visibility for some window coverings created an awkward moment in privacy. That's just not my style. Thought I would find some cozy comforts in the suite, but without updated daily amenities and a rocky room atmosphere, it just didn't deliver the experience you'd expect. Last I checked, no one is dying to deal with these little nuisances while on vacation.

fairly clean, brand-new hotel, i loved fabulous rooms and affable staff. the breakfast offered a lot of appetising meals. the location was excellent for me, in the middle of jackson. plus, it was short walk to a mall which can be convenient.

The hotel dazzled with its modern design and friendly staff, though the room was on the smaller side, lacked soundproofing, and dealt with some air conditioning quirks. Still, the very nice views and location were a highlight of the stay.

The place was absolutely amazing, we really enjoyed it. The people were friendly, will exceed the expectations. The location for Edinburgh was marvellous, really close to a mall which can be convenient. Restaurant Gurkha Cafe & Restaurant located 1 km away was a nice surprise.

very nice views from the rooftop, luxurious spa services, unique cocktail offerings at Joao's Place
The small room layouts can feel cramped, particularly with a poorly designed open-concept bathroom!!! The parking situation lacks convenience, which detracts from the experience!!!

Couple seeking comfort
The room was comfy, nice looking mini bar in the middle of the room, made it easy to unwind after a long day. And let me tell you, the rooftop views? Unbelievable! We were told to check it out, but security wasn't very friendly. That was a bummer.
It wasn't exactly inexpensive but considering the room, it was still acceptable.

Chillin' in style!
This place was a gem! Super comfy room and the staff were awesome. I loved the welcome chocolates and those complimentary cocktails hit the spot, especially the Goddess. The location's perfect for exploring, but I wish I had more time-dining options were limited late at night. A total must-visit in Edinburgh!

The staff were very nice, especially when they found my baby's lost toy. They even gave my baby a new toy. It's amazing how close the w is to everything, including a great shopping mall.
